Southwest Monsoon and Low Pressure Area (LPA) caused massive flooding in Region XI, XII and ARMM. The affected areas are: - Region XI: Braulio E Dujali, Davao del Norte - Region XII: Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani Province and North Cotabato - Region ARMM: Maguindanao IMPACT - People affected in Region XI: 167 families/835 people Region XII: 8,499 families/36,370 people Region ARMM: 12,570 families/61,947 people Total: 21,236 families or 99,152 people - 2 Death - 7 Damaged houses RESPONSE - The Local Authorities conducted several actions to help the affected community, such as rescue operation, damage and needs assessment, temporary shelter provision and evacuation, and others.
