Combined with the moderate southwest monsoon prevailing over the Andaman Sea, the southern region, and the Gulf of Thailand, this resulted in flooding, river overflows, and landslides in 10 provinces (Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Phichit, Uttaradit, Chaiyaphum, Kalasin, Roi Et, Udon Thani, Chanthaburi, and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya), affecting 37 districts, 187 sub-districts, and 874 villages. As of reporting time, 30,597 households (113,209 people) were reported affected.
