At 8:00 AM, the Low Pressure Area east of Sorsogon developed into Tropical Depression (TD) “ROSAL”. It has a <br />
maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h, and central pressure of 1004 hPa. <br />
Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 was issued over Catanduanes, the eastern portion of Camarines Sur <br />
(Caramoan, Presentacion, Garchitorena, Lagonoy, San Jose, Tigaon, Sagñay), and the eastern portion of Albay (City of <br />
Tabaco, Bacacay, RapuRapu, Malilipot, Malinao, Tiwi). <br />
At 5:00 PM, TD ROSAL maintains its strength while moving North Northwestward over the Philippine Sea East of <br />
Quezon. TCWS No. 1 is issued over The northern portion of Catanduanes (Pandan, Gigmoto, Bagamanoc, Panganiban, <br />
Viga, and Caramoran). <br />
At 11:00 PM, “ROSAL” continued to maintain its strength over the Philippine Sea East of Aurora. TCWS No. 1 was lifted. <br />
11 December 2022 <br />
At 11:00 AM, TD “ROSAL” slightly intensified while moving East Northeastward. It has a maximum sustained winds of 55 <br />
km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 70 km/h, and central pressure of 1002 hPa. <br />
At 11:00 PM, “ROSAL” intensified into a Tropical Storm (TS) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center, <br />
gustiness of up to 80 km/h, and central pressure of 998 hPa. <br />
12 December 2022 <br />
At 5:00 AM, "ROSAL" further intensifies while moving Northeastward away from the country. It has a maximum sustained <br />
winds of 85 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 105 km/h, and central pressure of 994 hPa.
