In the morning of 11 November 2019, Tropical Cyclone NAKRI weakened from typhoon to tropical depression and continued to weaken into a low pressure area, in the southern part of the Central Highlands of Viet Nam. The strongest wind in the center of the low pressure area drops below level 6. This low pressure area continues to move in the Northwestern direction then dissipates. Evacuated a total of 9,869 households/33,728 people (Quang Ngai: 2,909 households/10,124 people; Binh Dinh: 2,855 households/10,596 people; Phu Yen: 2,861 households/8,815 people; Khanh Hoa: 1,244 households/4,193 people); compared to the plan of 34,611 households/ 145,318 people (based on the evolution of the storm, the evacuation was adjusted compared to the plan). Moved, supported and reinforced 179,527 cages (Quang Ngai: 38; Binh Dinh: 1,042; Phu Yen: 119,102; Khanh Hoa: 59,345).
