According to a quick report from the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control of the provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, storm No. 6 and the floods after the storm have caused the following damage:
- Regarding people: 08 people died (Quang Binh 07, Thua Thien Hue 01); 14 people were injured (Quang Binh 07, Quang Tri 01, Thua Thien Hue 02, Quang Nam 04);
- Regarding houses: 326 houses were damaged, roofs blown off (Quang Tri 13, TT Hue 235, Quang Nam 18, Da Nang 60); currently 300 houses in Quang Binh province are still flooded from 0.2-0.3m.
- Regarding agriculture: 1,269 hectares of crops and fruit trees were flooded and damaged (Quang Binh 791; Quang Tri 456; TT Hue 05; Quang Nam 7; Da Nang 10);
- Regarding livestock: 1,506 cattle (Quang Binh 488; Quang Tri 1,017; Quang Nam 01) and 104,699 poultry (Quang Binh 70,537; Quang Tri 34,092; Quang Nam 70) died or were swept away;
- Regarding aquaculture: 1,733 hectares of aquaculture were damaged (Ha Tinh 02; Quang Binh 895; Quang Tri 837);
- Regarding traffic: 145 traffic routes were eroded or damaged (Quang Binh 50, Quang Tri 54, Thua Thien Hue 36, Quang Nam 5); the North-South railway incident at the Sa Lung-Tien An section was cleared at 5:00 p.m. on October 29;
- Regarding irrigation: 28.5km of embankments and canals were damaged (Quang Binh: 19.6km, Quang Tri 8.9km);
Localities are continuing to review and count the damage.

- Regarding people: 05 people died in Quang Binh; 05 people were injured (Quang Tri 01; Quang Nam 04);
- Regarding houses: 318 houses were damaged, roofs blown off (Quang Tri 05, TT Hue 235, Quang Nam 18, Da Nang 60);
- Regarding agriculture: 1,269 hectares of crops and fruit trees were flooded and damaged (Quang Binh 791; Quang Tri 456; TT Hue 05; Quang Nam 7; Da Nang 10);

According to a quick report from the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control of the provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, as of 5:00 p.m. on October 29, storm No. 6 and the flood and rain following the storm have caused the following damage:
- Regarding people: 03 people died, missing in Quang Binh; 05 people were injured (Quang Tri 01; Quang Nam 04).
- Regarding housing: 318 houses were damaged, roofs blown off (Quang Tri 05, TT Hue 235, Quang Nam 18, Da Nang 60); 34,201 houses were flooded (Quang Binh 32,767, Quang Tri 1,336, TT Hue 47, Da Nang 51); 35,538 houses were flooded (Quang Binh 32,885, Quang Tri 2,555).
- Regarding agriculture: 787 hectares of crops and fruit trees were flooded and damaged; 1,253 livestock and 77,462 poultry were killed or swept away; 1,455 hectares of aquaculture were damaged.
- Regarding traffic: 145 traffic routes were eroded and damaged (Quang Binh 50, Quang Tri 54, Thua Thien Hue 36, Quang Nam 5). The North-South railway incident at the Sa Lung-Tien An section has been reopened at a speed of 5km/h and is being repaired.
- Regarding irrigation: 20.2km of embankments and canals were damaged (Quang Binh: 12.5km, Quang Tri 7.7km).

According to a quick report from the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control of the provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, as of 7:00 a.m. on October 29, storm No. 6 and the flood and rain following the storm have caused the following damage:
- Regarding people: 01 person died in Quang Binh (swept away by water while on rescue duty), 01 person missing in Quang Binh (swept away by water while moving property to avoid flood, boat capsized), 05 people injured (Quang Tri 01; Quang Nam 04).
- Regarding housing: 318 houses were damaged, roofs blown off (Quang Tri 05, TT Hue 235, Quang Nam 18, Da Nang 60); 34,201 houses were flooded (Quang Binh 32,767, Quang Tri 1,336, TT Hue 47, Da Nang 51). Up to now, there are still 34,020 flooded houses (Quang Binh 32,767, Quang Tri 1,253).
- Regarding agriculture: 622 hectares of crops and fruit trees were flooded and damaged (Quang Binh 291; Quang Tri 309.5; TT Hue 05; Quang Nam 6.5; Da Nang 10); 2,784 urban trees were broken (Quang Binh 15, Quang Tri 14, TT Hue 1,807, Quang Nam 95, Da Nang 853); 531 livestock (Quang Tri 530, Quang Nam 01), 17,552 poultry were killed or swept away (Quang Binh 4,000, Quang Tri 13,482, Quang Nam 70); 1,091 hectares of aquaculture area were damaged (Ha Tinh 02, Quang Binh 410, Quang Tri 681).
- Regarding traffic: 53 locations of National Highways 9B, 9C, 12A, 9E, 15 (Quang Binh), 15D, 9D (Quang Tri), 49B (TT Hue) were eroded and damaged; 89 locations of rural roads were eroded and damaged with a total volume of 25,914 m3 of earth and rock. The incident on the North-South railway at the Sa Lung - Tien An section is being handled and cars are being arranged to transport passengers between Dong Ha station and Dong Hoi station; the road is expected to be cleared before 3:00 p.m. on October 29.
- Regarding irrigation: 6.5km of embankments and canals were damaged in Quang Tri; 16.8km of coastline was eroded (Quang Binh 1.5km; Quang Tri 5km; Thua Thien Hue 10.3km).

According to a quick report from the Standing Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control of localities, as of 6:00 a.m. on October 28, storm No. 6 and the flood and rain following the storm have caused the following damage:
- Regarding people: 01 person missing in Quang Binh (swept away by water while on rescue mission), 04 people injured in Quang Nam.
- Regarding housing: 295 houses were damaged, roofs blown off (Quang Tri 01, Thua Thien Hue 214, Quang Nam 18, Da Nang 62); 15,199 houses were flooded (Quang Binh 15,032, Quang Tri 69, Thua Thien Hue 47, Da Nang 51), up to now there are 15,032 flooded houses in Quang Binh.
- Regarding agriculture: 431 hectares of crops and fruit trees were flooded (Quang Binh 374, Quang Tri 38, Quang Nam 7, Da Nang 12); 1,018 urban trees were broken (Quang Tri 14, Quang Nam 95, Da Nang 909); 71 livestock and poultry were swept away (Quang Nam); 332 hectares of aquaculture area were damaged (Quang Binh 100, Quang Tri 232).
- Regarding traffic: 37 locations on National Highway 9B (Quang Binh), Ho Chi Minh Road (Quang Tri) were eroded; some overflow locations on National Highways 9B, 9C, 15 (Quang Binh), 15D (Quang Tri) and many provincial roads, inter-commune roads in Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces were flooded. By the morning of October 28, the roads and overflows in Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue had basically drained, traffic was normal.
- Regarding irrigation: 950m of embankments and canals were damaged (Quang Tri); 8.6km of coastline was eroded (Quang Binh 1.5km; Quang Tri 5km; Thua Thien Hue 2.1km).
