Description
According to a preliminary report from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai City, heavy rains from September 10-11 caused the following damage:
- Regarding homes: 320 households experienced localized flooding in Phuoc Tan ward. The water has now receded, and the flooding is largely over.
- Regarding agriculture: 11 hectares of rice and other crops, and 58 hectares of fruit trees were affected.
Regarding transportation: There are still 3 rural road sections affected by landslides causing traffic congestion in Song Ray and Xuan Hoa; the Loc An - Long Duc road in Long Thanh commune is flooded.
