Due to effect of TS BEBINCA several incidents including flood and landslide occur in the northern region of Viet Nam. The following provinces are affected by this incident: Quang Ninh, Nghe Anh, Nam Dinh, Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Tri, Gia Lai, Hai Phong, Thai Binh and Hanoi This event caused the following impact: 2 death 1 missing, 7 houses damaged 20,956 ha agricultural fields damaged 14,963 ha aquaculture ponds damaged CCFSC and related stakeholders were providing emergency response on this event
