Description

There was a situation in 2 provinces (Nan, Uttaradit) 5 districts, 18 sub-districts, 82 m. Houses 1,152 households, 4,468 people were affected as follows:

1) Nan Province, July 9-11, heavy rain caused flooding in 3 districts, 14 sub-districts, 65 m. as follows:

3 sub-districts, 5 m., Na Noi District, 10 sub-districts, 53 m., Wiang Sa District, 1 sub-district, 7 m., Na Muen District. Initially, 785 households, 3,000 people were affected and the bridge connecting Ban Sali and Ban Wanaprai Villages was broken, making it impassable.

Initially, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office coordinated with Chiang Rai Area 15 to install a temporary bearing bridge. No injuries and deaths. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 15, Chiang Rai, supported disaster machinery, 2 flat-bottomed boats with engines, 2 14-inch water pumps, 1 vehicle for evacuating victims, 1 set of bearing bridges, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies have provided assistance. The water level has currently decreased.

2) Uttaradit Province, July 10-11, 2025, heavy rain caused flooding in 2 districts, 4 sub-districts, and 17 m, as follows:

Fak Tha Sub-district, Song Kon Sub-district, Fak Tha District, Muang Chet Ton Sub-district, Bo Bia Sub-district, Ban Khok District Initially, the affected people were 367 households, 1,468 people, no injuries or deaths. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 9, Phitsanulok, provided disaster relief machinery, 1 flat-bottomed boat with engine, 1 14-inch water pump, 2 4-inch portable water pumps, 1 vehicle for evacuating victims, 1 set of bearing bridges, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies have provided assistance. A total of 59 people have been evacuated to the temporary shelter at Fak Tha Subdistrict Municipality. The water level has currently decreased.

1) Nan Province, July 9-12, 2015, heavy rain caused flooding in 4 districts, 18 t., 79 m. as follows:
Nanoi District 3 t., 5 m. Wiang Sa District 10 t., 53 m. Na Muen District 1 t., 7 m. Mae Charim District 4 t., 14 m. Initially, 949 households or 3,000 people were affected and the bridge connecting the villages of Ban Sali and Ban Wanaprai was broken.
Initially, it was impassable. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office coordinated with the Chiang Rai Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center to install a temporary Bailey bridge.
No one was injured or killed. The Chiang Rai Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center provided disaster relief machinery.

2) Uttaradit Province: On July 10-12, 2015, heavy rain caused flooding in 3 districts, 9 sub-districts, and 44 m, as follows:
Ban Siao Sub-district, Song Hong Sub-district, Fak Tha Sub-district, Song Kon Sub-district, Fak Tha District, Muang Chet Ton Sub-district, Bo Bia Sub-district, Ban Khok District, Saen To Sub-district, Ban Fai Sub-district, Dan Lek Sub-district, Nam Pat District. Initially, 567 households or 1,468 people were affected. No one was injured or died. On July 11, 2015, a Bailey bridge installed as a temporary route in Village No. 3, Ban Kok Tong, Fak Tha Sub-district, Fak Tha District collapsed into the Pad River. The cause is believed to be a log hitting the original concrete bridge piers, causing the Bailey bridge to collapse. Currently, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 9, Phitsanulok, is surveying and will proceed to salvage the Bailey bridge. It is expected that if the water level decreases,

at Fak Tha Municipality. The water level has currently decreased.

3) Phrae Province, July 12, 68, heavy rain caused flooding in Daen Chumphon Subdistrict, Ban Klang Subdistrict, Song District. The damage is under investigation. There were no injuries or deaths. Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center Region 15, Chiang Rai, supported disaster machinery. 14-inch water pump 1 unit, Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations and related agencies have provided assistance. The situation has now improved.

4) Chiang Rai Province, July 12, 2025, heavy rain caused flooding in the area (Village No. 9, 14), Doi Lan Subdistrict, Mueang District (Village No. 13), Ban Saeo Subdistrict, Chiang Saen District. The damage is under investigation. No one was injured or killed.
By Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 15, Chiang Rai, Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations and related agencies have provided assistance. The situation has now improved.

5) Mae Hong Son On July 12, 2015, heavy rain caused flooding and landslides in the area (Village No. 4) Pang Mu Subdistrict, Mueang District (Village No. 2, 4) Mae Yuam Noi Subdistrict, Khun Yuam District (Village No. 5) Mae Na Chang Subdistrict (Village No. 7) Mae La Luang Subdistrict, Mae La Noi District. As a result, 1 household was affected. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center, Region 10, Lampang, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and relevant agencies provided assistance. The situation has now improved.

Update as of 13 July:

There was a situation in 7 provinces (Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Nan, Phrae, Lampang
Uttaradit, Trat) 21 districts, 50 sub-districts, 172 m., 1,667 households, 4,500 people were affected, no
injuries or deaths. Currently, there is still a situation in 2 provinces (Lampang, Uttaradit) 3 districts, 8 sub-districts, 33 m., 455 households were affected, as follows:
1) Uttaradit Province, from 10-12 July, heavy rain caused flooding in 2 districts, 7 sub-districts, 32 m., as follows:
Ban Siao Sub-district, Song Hong Sub-district, Fak Tha Sub-district, Song Khon Sub-district, Fak Tha District, Saen To Sub-district Ban Fai Subdistrict, Dan Lek Subdistrict, Nam Pat District Initially, it affected 447 households, 1,468 people, no one was injured or died. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, police officers, volunteers, local defense volunteers, foundation volunteers, and relevant agencies have provided assistance. The situation has now improved.

Between 10-13 July, there is a situation in 7 provinces (Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Nan, Phrae, Lampang, Uttaradit
Trat) 22 districts, 53 sub-districts, 210 m. 3,497 households, 7,300 people were affected. No one was injured
and died. Currently, there is still a situation in 2 provinces (Uttaradit, Chiang Rai) 5 districts, 11 sub-districts, 52 m.
Houses
703 households were affected as follows:
1) Chiang Rai Province, July 12-13, heavy rain caused flooding in 2 districts, 2 sub-districts, and 5 m, as follows:
(Village No. 8, 14, 24) Huai Sak Sub-district, Mueang District (Village No. 1, 20) Charoen Mueang Sub-district, Phan District. Initially, 3 households were affected. No one was injured or died. The Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, local military units, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, and foundations, along with relevant agencies, have provided assistance. The situation has now improved.

2) Uttaradit Province: On July 10-12, heavy rain caused flooding in 3 districts, 9 sub-districts, and 47 m, as follows:
Tambon Muang Chet Ton, Tambon Bo Bia, Ban Khok District; Tambon Ban Siao; Tambon Song Hong; Tambon Fak Tha; Tambon Song Kon, Fak Tha District; Tambon Saen To; Tambon Ban Fai; Tambon Dan Lek, Nam Pat District. Initially, 700 households or 2,800 people were affected. No one was injured or died. On July 11, 2015, a Bailey bridge, which was installed as a temporary route in Village No. 3, Ban Kok Tong, Tambon Fak Tha, Fak Tha District, collapsed into the Pat River. The cause is believed to be a log hitting the original concrete bridge piers. Causing the installed Bailey bridge to collapse. Currently, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center Region 9, Phitsanulok has completed the recovery of the Bailey bridge. The Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center Region 9, Phitsanulok, has provided disaster relief machinery, a flat-bottomed boat with an engine, a 14-inch water pump, 2 4-inch portable water pumps, 1 vehicle for evacuating victims, 1 Bailey bridge, the Provincial Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office, military units in the area, police officers, volunteers, volunteers, foundations, and related agencies have provided assistance and evacuated 59 people to the temporary shelter at Fak Tha Subdistrict Municipality. The situation has now improved.
