Southwest Monsoon affected the western section of Luzon. At 3.00am today, the low pressure area was estimated based on all available data at 910km northeast of Basco, Batanes Metro Manila the rest of Central Luzon and of Cagauan valley region and Mindoro provinces will experience cloudt skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by Southwest monsoon with possible flooding and landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains Meanwhile the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localised thunderstorms with possible flashfloods and landslides due to the light to moderate at times heavy rain
