Philippines, Low Pressure Area Effect cause flood/flashflood

Tail end of cold front and effect of low pressure area affecting Luzon and Visayas This is causing flooding/flash flood in certain areas to include: Region IV-B (Oriental Mindoro), Region VI (Aklan and Capiz), and Region VIII (Leyte) Based on NDRRMC the casualties recorded are as follow: Region IV-B: Thirty-five (35) families/175 persons were affected in Brgys. Pinagsabangan I and Barcenaga, Naujan while 22 families/110 persons were affected in Brgy. Bucayao, Calapan City, and 17 families/85 persons were affected in Baco all in Oriental Mindoro Power outage in Sitio Lungos, Sta Rita, Calapan Region VI: Rice fields are affected in Maayon, Mambusao, Pontevedra, Panit-an, Sapian, Sigma, Dao, Cuartero, President Roxas, Pilar, and Panitan 157 families or 785 persons were evacuated in Sagay and Cadiz Cities Region VIII: 34 families or 201 people are affected and evacuated in Palo municipalities National and Local Government are handling the situation
