-At 5:00 AM, “JENNY” intensified into a Typhoon over the Philippine Sea.
-At 11:00 PM, “JENNY” continued to intensify while moving northwestward. TCWS No. 2 was hoisted over Batanes.
-The Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm "JENNY" was forecast to bring a significant amount of rain in the
next three days in some areas in Central Luzon, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Western Visayas.

-At 5:00 AM, “JENNY” maintained its strength over the Philippine Sea with maximum sustained winds of 165 km/h near
the center, gustiness of up to 205 km/h, and central pressure of 945 hPa. TCWS No. 2 was hoisted over Batanes while
TCWS No. 1 was hoisted over Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, the northern and eastern portions of Isabela
(Maconacon, Divilacan, Palanan, Santa Maria, San Pablo, Tumauini, Cabagan, Ilagan City, San Mariano, Santo Tomas,
Dinapigue, Benito Soliven, Naguilian, Gamu, Quirino, Delfin Albano, Quezon, Mallig), Apayao, the northeastern portion of
Abra (Tineg, Lacub, Malibcong), the northern portion of Kalinga (Balbalan, Pinukpuk, Rizal, City of Tabuk), and Ilocos
Norte.
-At 11:00 PM, TCWS No. 3 was raised over Itbayat, Batanes. The Southwest Monsoon enhanced by "JENNY" was
forecast to bring a significant amount of rain in the next three days in some areas of Regions I, III, NCR, CALABARZON,
and MIMAROPA.

-”JENNY’ slightly weakened and commenced its west northwestward turn toward Southern Taiwan.
-At 5:00 AM, TCWS No. 3 was still hoisted over Itbayat, Batanes while TCWS No. 2 was hoisted over the rest of Batanes
and the northern portion of Babuyan Islands. TCWS No. 1 was hoisted over the rest of Babuyan Islands, the northern
portion of mainland Cagayan, the northern portion of Apayao, and the northern portion of Ilocos Norte.
-At 11:00 PM, TCWS No. 3 was hoisted over the entire province of Batanes.
-The Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Storm "JENNY" was forecast to bring a significant amount of rain in the
next three days in some areas in Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and MIMAROPA.
