MONITORING AND ANALYSIS
1. OVERVIEW: According to the DMH Myanmar, INVEST 91B has lowered to a low-pressure area and dissipated or coded as green stage (the storm abated and the situation is clear) since 23 March

2. IMPACTS and DAMAGES:
a. about 956 people (226 families) were affected in Ayeyarwaddy Region
b. 245 houses, public facilities including Buddhist monastery

3. ANALYSIS: considering the reported impacts this is a MINOR disaster based on DMA Guidelines

PREPAREDNESS & RESPONSE
1. DDM Myanmar has disseminated to those potentially affected relevant information regarding the dangers and potential impacts of the tropical cyclone
2. DDM in Ayeyarwaddy Region has provided food, logistics, and building materials support for the affected people in Labutta, Ngaputaw, Haigyi Kyun, Pathein, and Ngwe Saung
