Description
Movement of Land in the Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province Chronological: • Due to high intensity and quite a long time rainfall, causing ground movement on Monday, 01 February 2021. at 06.00 AM Location: District Gunung Tanjung Village Bojongsari Village Munjul RT / RW 003/001 Village Kalangsari RT / RW 001/002 Fatalities : 84 affected families 260 affected people Material Disadvantages: • 18 housing units (Severely Damage) • 38 housing units (Moderately Damage) • 1 housing unit (Lightly Damage) • 32 housing units under threat Effort : • BPBD Tasikmalaya conducts rapid assessments and coordinates with related agencies • BPBD Tasikmalaya appealed to the public to carry out night patroly • BPBD Tasikmalaya appealed to the public to always be aware in the event of heavy rain • BPBD Tasikmalaya advised residents to work together to cover the cracks in the land • Conducted a joint study with the BPBD Joint Team, the PVMBG Land Movement Mitigation Division, the PUPR Office in the emergency tent • Socialization of Land Movement Mitigation to communities affected by land movements by the Joint Team Advanced Condition: • When it rains, people take shelter in evacuation tents Source: • Pusdalops BPBD Kab.
