Description
Mojokerto Regency, East Java. All victims buried in the landslide that occurred on Thursday (3/4) were successfully found by the local BPBD together with joint personnel.
A total of 10 people were found dead in a car buried in a landslide in the Tebing Watu Tumpak area of the Watu Ondo Tourism Area, Pacet District. Now the focus of handling is trying to clean up the remaining landslide material.
Update:
Landslides have affected the access road connecting Mojokerto and Batu City (Pacet - Cangar Highway). Landslide material as high as 50 meters and as deep as 70 meters made the road impassable, and was temporarily closed. Until Sunday night, officers were still having difficulty carrying out evacuations because the weather was still rainy. Cleaning of landslide material will be carried out today, Monday (7/4) by involving related elements.
