Description
Indonesian National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) spokeperson reported landslide that affected 4 villages in Cilebak district, Kuningan regency, West Java Province. The landslide occurred on 8 January 2018 affecting 129 persons (44 families). In total 42 houses were affected, with 4 houses heavily damaged and 8 houses moderately damaged. It also cut off access road between Cilebak and Ciwaru districts. As of 14 January 2018, Kuningan regency local disaster management office (BPBD), Indonesian Army and Police have managed to open the affected Cilebak-Ciwaru access road.
