Description

On 2 November 2025, at 5:30 AM, TINO entered PAR as a Tropical Storm. At 11:00 AM, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal

No. 1 was raised in Eastern Samar, Dinagat Islands, Siargao, and Bucas Grande Islands. Meanwhile, at 2:00 PM, TINO

intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm.

On 3 November 2025, at 8:00 AM, TINO has intensified into a TYPHOON, At 2:00 PM, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No.

4 was raised in Dinagat Islands, Siargao, and Bucas Grande Islands. Meanwhile, at 11:00 PM, TINO further intensified

and life-threatening conditions affected Homonhon and Dinagat Islands.

On 4 November 2025, at 12:00 AM, TINO has made landfall over Silago, Southern Leyte
