TC MIRASOL
On 16 September 2025, 2:00 AM, a Low Pressure Area (LPA 09d) inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) was
monitored to have a LOW chance of developing into a Tropical Depression (TD). At 8:00 AM, LPA 09d was monitored to
have a MEDIUM chance of developing into a TD. At 11:00 AM, LPA 09d was monitored to have a HIGH chance of
developing into a TD. At 2:00 PM, LPA 09d being monitored inside the PAR had developed into TD MIRASOL.
On 17 September 2025, 02:00 AM, TD MIRASOL is about to make landfall over the northern portion of Aurora. At 3:20
AM, the center of TD MIRASOL has made landfall over Casiguran, Aurora.
On 18 September 2025, 10:00 AM, TD MIRASOL exited PAR.
TC NANDO
On 17 September 2025, 8:00 PM, NANDO entered PAR as a TD.
On 18 September 2025, 11:00 PM, NANDO intensified to a Tropical Storm (TS).
On 19 September 2025, 8:00 PM, TS NANDO has intensified into a Severe Tropical Storm (STS).
On 20 September 2025, 8:00 AM, STS NANDO intensified into a TYPHOON (TY).
On 21 September 2025, 11:00 AM, NANDO intensified into a Super Typhoon (STY).
On 22 September 2025, 2:00 AM, the highest Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 5 was raised over the northeastern
portion of Babuyan Island. At 3:00 PM, Super Typhoon NANDO has made landfall over Panuitan Island, Calayan,
Cagayan.
On 23 September 2025, 8:00 AM, STY NANDO has exited the PAR.
TC OPONG
On 23 September 2025, 4:00 PM, Tropical Depression (TD) east of Northeastern Mindanao has entered PAR and was
assigned the domestic name OPONG.
On 24 September 2025, 4:00 AM, OPONG intensified into a Tropical Storm (TS). At 2:00 PM, OPONG has intensified into
a Severe Tropical Storm (STS).
On 25 September 2025, 8:00 PM, OPONG intensified into a Typhoon (TY). Meanwhile at 11:30 PM, Typhoon OPONG made landfall over San Policarpio, Eastern Samar.
