Issued on 22 October 2025, at approximately 04:00pm, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) may have brought possible flashfloods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains in SOCCSKARGEN.
On the same day, at around 03:00pm, a flash flood and flooding incident occurred in the municipalities of Tantangan and City of Koronadal in South Cotabato, as well as in the municipality of Lutayan in Sultan Kudarat.
