Due to ITCZ, Davao Region of Philippines was experiencing intermittent rains that resulted in flooding in some municipalities of the provinces of Compostela Valley, Davao del Norte, and Davao Oriental. The casualties are as follow: - 11 Municipalities of 3 Provinces are affected - 4,545 families or 17,823 persons are affected - 977 families or 3,942 persons are evacuated - 4 deaths - 2 houses were damaged - 2 bridges were totally damaged - 1 bridge were partially damaged Provincial and Municipal disaster management agency are leading and providing the emergency response activities.
