Description

On 1 December 2025, at 2:00 PM, the cloud cluster being monitored outside PAR has developed into a Low Pressure
Area (LPA).
On 03 December 2025, 2:00 PM, the LPA has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Intertropical
Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting southern Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
On 04 December 2025, 8:00 AM, the LPA East of Eastern Visayas developed into Tropical Depression (TD) WILMA.
Northeast Monsoon brought strong to gale-force gusts Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley
Aurora, Bataan, CALABARZON, Mindoro Provinces, Romblon, Marinduque, Bicol Region, and Visayas. Shear Line was
forecasted to bring heavy rainfall in Bicol Region. At 5:00 PM, TD WILMA decelerates while moving over the Philippine
Sea East of Northern Samar.
On 05 December 2025, 5:00 AM, TD WILMA slightly accelerates while moving west-southwestward over the Philippine
Sea. At 11:00 AM, TD WILMA maintains its strength while moving west-southwestward toward Eastern Visayas.
On 06 December 2025, 4:00 AM, Shear Line is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon is
affecting the rest of Luzon. At 5:00 AM, TD WILMA accelerates slightly while moving westward over the sea east of
Eastern Visayas.
-At 1:00 PM, "WILMA" remained almost stationary over the coastal waters of Eastern Samar, before gradually resuming
its slow west?northwestward movement.
On 07 December 2025, 8:00 AM, WILMA weakened into a Low Pressure Area. At 11:00 AM, all Tropical Cyclone Wind
Signal has been lifted.
