at 4:00 am (18 Dec), The Low Pressure Area East of Mindanao has developed into Tropical Depression Vicky. As of 19 December 2020, TD Vicky reported causing flood and landslide in Region VII, VIII, XI and CARAGA. As of 20 December 2020, TD Vicky is now outside the Philippine Area and is heading towards Kalayaan Island. Update on 26 December 2020 - A total of 43,664 families / 175,949 people affected - 9 people dead, 2 injured and 1 missing - 1,054 houses damaged - A total of 3,519,472 USD worth of damage to infrastructure and agriculture
