- 76,970 persons have been displaced, of which 49,358 are still being served in 172 evacuation centers
- 393 flooded areas
- 272 damaged houses (227 partially, 45 totally)
- 32 related incidents (rain-induced landslides)
- 5,414 farmers/fisherfolks, 6,674 ha of crops have been affected; estimated cost of damage to agriculture at PHP 120,367,684 (USD 2,171,016)
- 161 road sections and 10 bridge sections (11% not passable)

On 14 November 2023, the Shear Line brought significant amounts of rain over Oriental Mindoro, Quezon, Bicol Region,
and Eastern Visayas.
On 17 November 2023, 8:00 AM, the Low-Pressure Area (LPA) located at 935 km East of Northeastern Mindanao
entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility. The combination of Shear Line and LPA brought rains over Eastern Visayas
and Caraga.
On 19 Nov 2023, 2:00 PM, the LPA in the East of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte dissipated.
From 18 - 22 Nov 2023, the Shear Line brought rainfall over portions of MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, and Western and
Eastern Visayas.
On 20 November 2023, 618 mm of rain was recorded in Catarman, Northern Samar. This amount of rainfall is above the
450 mm monthly climatological normal average.
