Description
On 16 November 2023, a landslide incident occurred in Brgy. Pong-on, Bontoc in the
Province of Southern Leyte due to the effects of LPA and Shear Line.
On 17 November 2023, the effects of LPA and Shear Line were also reported in the
Municipalities of Magarao, Camarines Sur, and San Miguel, Catanduanes.
Issued on 19 November 2023 at 4PM, the Shear Line continuously affects the eastern
section of Visayas while the Northeast Monsoon continuously affects Luzon.
