➢ Chronology: Triggered by heavy rain with a long duration accompanied by strong winds, on Thursday 01 February 2024 at 15.30 WIB
➢ Location:
● Jatinangor District
- Cipacing Village
➢ Casualties:
● 49 families / 134 people affected
➢ Material Losses:
● 49 housing units affected
● 1 unit of place of worship affected
➢ Effort:
● Thursday 01 February 2024 at 17.00 WIB Pusdalops received the report and went straight to the location.
● BPBD Sumedang Regency carried out an assessment of the location of the tornado
● Residents whose houses are in quite bad condition have taken refuge in the houses of their relatives or the houses of neighbors whose houses are safe.
● Sumedang Regency BPBD appeals to residents to always be alert and careful about the current rainy season weather.
