Description
Heavy rain on November 21, has triggered a land slide in Cilebut. Consequently, 22 houses were severely damaged so as a railway that served commuters from Bogor to Jakarta. Because of the incident, 98 train schedules have been cancelled and 35,000 commuters were forced to switch to the other transportation modes for the next 1 - 2 weeks. Based on the report, 25 families or 96 person were displaced and it would take at least 1 month to restore the condition. To date, the Bogor Disaster Management Agency has conducted emergency response by setting up tents and distributing relief items. Meanwhile, the national train company and the military attempting to repair the railway.
