Description
Due to heavy rainfall, Tongo River is overflowing and caused flooding in the following subdistricts of Bone bolango district of Gorontalo province: - Bone pantai subdistricts - Bulawa subdistricts This incident has caused impact as follow: 4 death 3 missing 157 families of 611 persons affected 53 families or 212 persons displaced 77 house damaged Other infrastructure damaged include 1 school, 1 Mosque, and 1 bridge Local disaster management agency in coordination with provincial and national disaster management agency with relevant stakeholders including military and police were providing emergency response. Local government declare emergency response status for 7 days from 26 July to 1 August 2013. National disaster management agency provided approximately 25,000 US$ for emergency operations.
