Description
Due to heavy rainfall for 3 days and nights, Salongo River was overflow and caused flood and flash flood to the surrounding areas. The affected areas include several subdistricts in South Bolaang Mongondow District of North Sulawesi Province: 7 villages in Bolaang Uki sub district 3 villages in Pinolosian Tengah sub district 5 villages in Pinolosian Timur sub district 4 villages in Pinolosian Induk sub district 10 villages in Posigadan sub district This incident has caused the following impact: 80 houses were inundated 102 houses were damaged 4 religious structures were inundated 80 families were evacuated Local government and disaster management agency provided the emergency relief operation. Local government also has allocated US$ 30,000 for relief assistance
