- Regarding agriculture: 10.75 hectares of rice and crops were affected and damaged (Lao Cai).

Regarding the boat capsizing incident that occurred in Ha An ward, Phong Hai, Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province.

According to the initial report of the Office of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention, Control and Population Development of Quang Ninh (Quick Report 17/BC-VP dated April 25, 2024), at 05:10/4/25 on the Chanh River, an incident of capsizing a boat (carrying 06 people) occurred.
