Due to Tropical Depression 18 from South Cina Sea, Several provinces in Viet Nam has been flooded and affected by high wind and landslide. The affected provinces includes: Quang Nam, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Nghe An, Thua Thien Hue and Ha Tinh Based on the Government report 22 September 2013, This event has the following impact: 24 death 6 missing 6 injured 143 houses damaged (where 120 were unroofed due to high wind) 7,067 houses inundated 2.49 Ha of rice field inundated 3.53 Ha other agricultural area inundated 18 water infrastructure and small bridge damaged 13 bridge has been partially damaged Government agency is providing necessary emergency relief operation and conduct the impact assessment
