Ha Giang province: According to the quick report No. 80 / BC-VPTT dated August 26, 2019 of the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Information, Fire and Fighting, Ha Giang province, local rain was accompanied by lightning, thunderstorms on August 22 and 24 / 2019 causes damage: 01 person died (Lu Van Sinh B, 28 years old, residing in Ta Su Choong village, Ta Su Choong commune, Hoang Su Phi district); 02 injured (Thao Thi May, 10; Vang Thi Hoa, 40, residing in Sa Phin commune, Dong Van district) due to lightning; 69 houses were damaged due to roof collapse and landslides; 3.5 ha of rice were buried by soil and rock; 01 buffalo killed by lightning.
