According to the quick report No. 73 / BC-PCTT dated September 21, 2019 of the Provincial People‘ Committee of Information and Technology and TKCN on the situation of deep inundation in Vinh Cuu district (Tan An and Vinh Tan communes), Trang Bom district (Bac Son and Binh communes).
