OVERVIEW: According to DDPM, widespread flooding in Thailand since 16 Sep has now reached 47 provinces and Bangkok, affecting a total of 1.46M households (4.1M people). Fatalities have risen to 31, following 7 deaths reported in Prachin Buri. Lampang and Samut Songkhram are newly affected provinces, while flooding has receded in Phetchabun and Sa Kaeo. Flooding remains in 26 provinces and Bangkok, where 1.27M households (3.5M people) are affected.

Reached to 41 Provinces and Bangkok with total of 927K households (2.6M people affected) and 23 fatalities. As of now, the flooding still remains in 28 provinces and Bangkok with 922K households (2.6M people) affected. In Bangkok, heavy rainfall during 25–28 September affected approximately 329K households (700K people), with 4 fatalities reported. Authorities and relevant agencies have been supporting affected communities, facilitating traffic, accelerating drainage, and establishing temporary shelters.

During 16–28 September 2026, flooding occurred in 41 provinces: Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lampang, Phrae, Tak, Phetchabun, Phitsanulok, Kamphaeng Phet, Phichit, Nakhon Sawan, Buriram, Chaiyaphum, Surin, Nakhon Ratchasima, Uthai Thani, Lopburi, Sing Buri, Chai Nat, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ang Thong, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Prakan, Saraburi, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Krabi, Phang Nga, and Satun, covering 204 districts, 953 subdistricts, and 4,537 villages, as well as Bangkok.

A total of 582,539 households (1,808,898 people) were affected. Eight fatalities were reported: 5 in Sa Kaeo Province, 2 in Chanthaburi Province, and 1 in Saraburi Province. No injuries were reported.

As of the latest update, flooding remains ongoing in 27 provinces: Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Lopburi, Sing Buri, Chai Nat, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ang Thong, Saraburi, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chachoengsao, Sa Kaeo, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Buriram, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Surin, covering 151 districts, 792 subdistricts, and 4,087 villages, as well as Bangkok.

Currently, 576,449 households (1,793,887 people) remain affected.

Between September 16 and 21, 2026, flooding occurred across 19 provinces (Chiang Rai, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, Lampang, Phrae, Tak, Phetchabun, Phitsanulok, Nakhon Sawan, Suphan Buri, Saraburi, Chanthaburi, Rayong, Chumphon, Ranong, Surat Thani, Krabi, Phang Nga, and Satun), affecting 38 districts, 97 sub-districts, and 276 villages. A total of 3,824 households (12,011 people) were affected; there were no injuries or fatalities.

Currently, the situation persists in 4 provinces (Phitsanulok, Phetchabun, Suphan Buri, and Saraburi), covering 7 districts, 33 sub-districts, and 105 villages. A total of 1,395 households (4,380 people) are affected; there have been no injuries or fatalities,
