Description

On 9 November 2021, at around 10:00 PM, the effects of Shear Line (Tail-end of Frontal System) brought continuous light to moderate to at times heavy rains in Davao Region especially in the upland areas of Davao City.

On 10 November 2021, at around 3:00 AM, CDRRMO Davao City advised all barangays along Davao River to conduct force evacuation to all communities along the river bank and proceed to evacuation areas due to the increasing water level. At around 5:00 AM, on the same day, Lasang River along Barangay JP Laurel reached code red (critical level), which affected Barangay JP Laurel, and Datu Abdul in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
- A total of 2,140 families / 7,139 persons were affected in Davao City and Panabo City, Davao del Norte. Of which, 8 families / 40 persons were displaced outside evacuation centers in Panabo City, Davao del Norte.
- One (1) road in Compostela, Davao de Oro was reported partially damaged and only one lane passable for all types of vehicles with an estimated cost of damage amounting to Php 100,000.00.
- A total of 49 damages houses were reported (41 are partially damaged, 8 are totally damaged).
