Philippines, M6.0 Earthquake in Masbate (Region V)

On 16 February 2023 at 2:10 AM, a 6.0 magnitude earthquake (initially reported as magnitude 5.7 in Earthquake Information No. 1) occurred in Batuan, Masbate, with a depth focus of 010 km and tectonic in origin. Per PHIVOLCS Earthquake Information No. 3, the following intensities were reported:
