Description
On 05 September 2025, 8:00 AM, the cloud cluster west of Northern Luzon is now a Low Pressure Area (LPA 09a) and is
being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). LPA 09a has a "MEDIUM" chance to develop into a
tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
On 06 September 2025 at 2:00 AM, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) 09a inside the PAR developed into Tropical
Depression “LANNIE,” which subsequently exited the PAR at 8:00 AM.
