Description
NDRRMC reported 2 flooding incidents in Tagum City and Carmen, Davao del Norte (Region XI) due to the Low Pressure Area (LPA) on 16 April 2014. IMPACT - In Tagum City, 68 families/344 people were evacuated. The flooding has completely subsided on 19 April 2014 - In Carmen, the local authority has evacuated 1,302 families due to the overflow of Tuganay river that caused by the rain.
