Description

Issued on 19 September 2026 at 4:00 AM, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated
rainshowers or thunderstorms may have brought flash floods or landslides during
severe thunderstorms in Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to localized
thunderstorms.
On the same day, continuous heavy rainfall brought about by the localized
thunderstorms caused flooding in several barangays in Licab, Nueva Ecija.
In response, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through
its Field Office (FO) III, is in close coordination with the Local Government Unit
(LGU) of Licab, Nueva Ecija, to address the immediate needs of the affected families
and individuals.
