Southwest monsoon affected Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. This event has created 25 incident of flashflood, landslide and storm surge in Region III, IV-A and IV-B.

IMPACT
- 32 death - 8 injured - 3 missing - 124,147 families/592,893 people were affected in Region III, IV-A, IV-B and NCR - 14,829 families/64,953 people were displaced - 151 damaged houses - at the peak of rainfall 55 areas in Region III and IV-A remain flooded
- 2.6 million USD worth of damage to infrastructure - 1.2 million USD worth of damage to agricultural
RESPONSE
- NDRRMC-OPCEN is still on Blue Alert and disseminate Weather advisory to all affected region. - a total 312,082 USD was provided as emergency relief assitance - Other agencies conducted emergency response to help the victims.
