Chronology:
An eruption of Mount Semeru, East Java, occurred on 19 November 2025 at 16:00 WIB, producing an ash column approximately 2,000 meters above the summit (about 5,676 meters above sea level). The ash column was observed to be gray with thick intensity, drifting toward the north and northwest. The eruption was recorded on the seismogram with a maximum amplitude of 40 mm and a duration of approximately 16 minutes and 40 seconds.
