Chronology: Flooding occurred on Monday, 15 June 2026, in several areas of Murung, Uut Murung, Permata Intan, and Seribu Riam Sub-districts. Moderate to heavy rainfall across much of Murung Raya Regency caused the Barito River to rise, resulting in flooding that inundated residential areas.
