➢ Chronology: Triggered by strong winds and heavy rainfall on 8 May 2026 at 07:25 WITA in the upstream area. The flooding inundated the Trans-Sulawesi road in Keppe Hamlet, Rantebelu Village, dozens of houses, and several hectares of rice fields ready for harvest in the Cappie area, Larompong Subdistrict, with floodwater depths varying between 30–50 cm.
