Description
Floodi hit Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. On Thursday, (19/3). The affected location was Tanjung Medang Village, Hulu Kuantan District. The flood was triggered by high rainfall, causing the river in Tanjung Medang Village to overflow and inundate residents' homes at approximately 10:00 WIB. A total of 30 families were affected and are still being recorded. Material losses amounted to approximately 30 houses. The water level ranged from 75 cm to 1 meter. The Kuantan Singingi Regency BPBD carried out handling at the scene. The current condition on Thursday (19/3) the flood has gradually receded.
