Description
Heavy rain has caused rivers to overflow and inundated many villages in Gorontalo District, Gorontalo Province. Subdistrict of Limboto, Limboto Barat and Tibawa were reportedly affected. The Disaster Management Authority of Gorontalo (BPBD) reported 484 houses were damaged and 3,193 families/8350 poeple were affected by the flood. In Bone Bolango district, 2,000 people were displaced because of the flood. As of now, the flood has receded and the situation has improved.
