Description
National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) spoke person released a statement on flood in Bonebolango Regency, Gorontalo Province on 29 May 2018. Five villages in North Bolango district were inundated with flood depth around 50 cm due to overflow of Bulango River; i.e. namely Tupa, Tuloa, Kopi, Lomaya and Buidu Villages. Initial estimation suggests 1,540 people have been affected. Furthermore, 50 families / 200 people have been displaced and forced to be evacuated.
