Description
Torrential rain has caused Krueng Teunom river to overflow which generated flooding in Aceh Jaya District, Province of Aceh. Water level is about 80 - 100 cm in the affected 17 villages in Pasie raya and Teunom sub-district. IMPACT - 3,436 people were affected. RESPONSE - Local authorities, together with several agencies, provided assistance to the victims.
