- Regency. Malang set up a refugee camp in Dsn. Kedawung, Ds. Central Majang, Kec. Dampit
3. BPBD Kab./Kota that established Public Kitchens as follows:
- Tagana Dinsos Kab. Malang established and serviced public kitchens (3 points) located in Ampelgading and Dampit
- Tagana Dinsos Kab. Lumajang established and serviced the Public Kitchen located at Ds. Kaliulung, Kec. Tempursari
4. The visit of the Governor of East Java to the affected locations in Kab. Poor

Information :
a) II MMI
The tremors were felt by several people, the light objects that were hanging swayed.
b) III MMI
The vibrations are felt real in the house. It felt a tremor as if a truck had passed.
c) IV MMI
During the day it is felt by the crowd inside the house, outside by several people, pottery is broken, windows / doors are creaking and walls are sounding.
d) V MMI
The tremor was felt by almost all residents, the crowd woke up, pottery broke, goods flew, poles and large objects seemed to be swaying, the pendulum of the bells could stop.

F. EFFORTS

EAST JAVA PROVINCE
1. BPBD Prov. East Java disseminates through existing modes.
2. BPBD Prov. East Java coordinates with 38 Districts / Cities for developments related to the impact of the earthquake.
3. BPBD Prov. East Java coordinates with BMKG regarding the potential for a tsunami and aftershocks.
4. TRC BPBD Kab. Lumajang to the scene of the incident to evacuate the victim who was hit by a boulder.
5. Disaster Agencies and TRC combed the District / City areas to explore the impact caused by the earthquake.
6. Establishment of Earthquake Emergency Response Status by Malang Regency Government.
7. Establishment of Earthquake Emergency Response Status by Blitar Regency Government.
8. BPBD Prov. East Java distributes aid to:

- Rice 500 kg (@ 25kg)
- 100 pcs blankets
- 50 sheets of tarpaulin
- Ready to serve 20 boxes

b) PBD of Blitar City
- 20 cartons of side dishes.
- Additional nutrition 20 cartons.

c) Lumajang Regency

- Ready to serve 20 boxes

EFFORTS OF KAB / CITY
1. BPBD Kab. Lumajang:
a. Conduct initial monitoring of volunteers, potential, village government and Muspika in the Lumajang Regency area.
b. Conduct an impact and loss assessment.
c. Prepare refugee sarpras and their needs;
• 2 Refugee Tents
• 150 blankets
• 5 sheets of tarpaulin.
d. Coordinating with related OPDs in the Lumajang Regency Government.

2. BPBD Kab. Malang: The Regent conducted a survey of the affected locations
3. BPBD Kab. Blitar: Bupati, Wabup and forkopimda will go to the field between Wates sub-district to provide basic food assistance for the victims, BPBD will quickly assess and will encourage the regent to determine emergency response status
4. BPBD Kab. Tulungagung: Currently the data collection and assessment of the impact of the Earthquake Disaster are still being carried out and the Regent with Forpimda, Head of BPBD, Head of OPD related to the affected locations
5. BPBD Kab. Trenggalek: BPBD Trenggalek coordinates with TRC-PB and Volunteers in 14 Districts for developments related to the impact caused by the earthquake.
6. BPBD Kab. Malang city :
• Conduct an assessment related to damage, losses, and resources affected at the scene of the incident
• Installation of Barricade Line at the scene by TRC BPBD Malang City
• Urged local residents not to come near the scene of the incident
• Updating information and seeking information through disaster-related parties
7. BPBD Kab. Jember: BPBD Kab. Jember Distributed aid to victims, sent a Jitupasna Team to assess losses.
8. BPBD Kab. Pobolinggo: TRC PB BPBD Kab. Probolinggo together with Scouts led by the Head of Emergency and Logistics conducted an assessment and distribution of logistics to the affected areas, the equipment and logistics that were carried:
• 1 unit of Ranger TCR PB
• 2 Chainsaw units
• 2 boxes of fast food
• 4 sheets of tarpaulin
9. Batu City BPBD: Batu City BPBD together with related agencies carried out a Rapid Assessment and cleaning up the impact of the earthquake
