Description
The dry season has struck West Nusa Tenggara, causing a water crisis in nine out of 10 regencies and municipalities in the province. According to the Ministry of Health, 587,569 people have been affected by the drought. Crisis Centre, Ministry of Health of Indonesia reported that numbers of people affected in observed regencies are as follows: North Lombok 28,136 Central Lombok 273,967 East Lombok 128,848 West Lombok 64,985 Sumbawa 80,765 West Sumbawa 10,868 Bima 38,416
