Description

Chronology: A drastic decrease in rainfall in Sinjai Regency, due to insufficient water supply, has caused difficulties for some communities in obtaining clean water for daily needs in Saotanre Village, Sinjai Tengah Sub-district. Agricultural areas are also experiencing water shortages. Rice crops are beginning to face the risk of disrupted growth and, if an adequate water supply is not provided promptly, may potentially experience crop failure. The situation was reported on Thursday, 10 September 2026.Location: 2 sub-districts / 7 villages / 1 urban village- Sinjai Barat Sub-district - Tassililu Urban Village - Balakia Village - Turunan Baji Village - Bonto Salama Village - Gunung Perak Village - Terasa Village - Arabika Village- Sinjai Tengah Sub-district - Saotanre Village
