The tail end of a cold front is affecting Visayas and Mindanao causing flooding and landslides. 6 provinces to include negros occidental, leyte, compostela valley, davao del norte, agusan del sur, and surigao del sur are affected. About 37,105 households or 180,000 people are affected. The estimated damage of infrastructure, houses, and agriculture are 34,552,550 PHP or about 800,000 US$.
