Description
The Tropical Storm "Tembin" or "IGME" has grown its strength into a Typhoon level. Based on NDRRMC sitrep no.14 the total population affected in Region I is 1,259 families/5,606 persons in fourteen (41) barangays in seven (7) municipalities and two (2) provinces in Region I. The Typhoon Tembin has also caused 8 death, 3 missing, 1 injured, 7 rescued, 1 damaged houses and 44 partially damaged houses.

So far, the NDRRMC has decreased the Typhoon Tembin or IGME status to the "BLUE ALERT" as it has moved out of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

The cost of damage was estimated to be 97,000 USD, while the cost of assistance was 300 USD.
